Native Signal Clothing Return & Refund Policy

At Native Signal Clothing, many of our products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer after purchase, we generally do not accept standard returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or no longer wanting the item.

However, we want every customer to receive the product they ordered in proper condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Items That Do Not Qualify for Return or Exchange

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Choosing the wrong color

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to pick up a package

  • Minor color differences caused by screen, monitor, or device display settings

  • Products that were correctly produced and delivered as ordered

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing, colors, and shipping information before placing an order.

Size Exchanges

We do not offer free exchanges for size-related issues if the item was produced correctly according to the order.

Wrong Address or Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Native Signal Clothing is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect customer information.

Lost Packages

We will review the shipment status and help determine the next steps. In some cases, a replacement or refund may be available. However, Native Signal Clothing is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Refunds

Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Replacement Orders

Cancellations
