Shipping charges are shown at checkout before the customer completes their purchase. Orders with multiple items may ship separately if they are fulfilled by different production partners or locations.
Most orders require production before shipping. Fulfillment times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, seasonal demand, and the production partner handling the item.
Once an order has been produced and handed over to the shipping carrier, the customer will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method and destination.
Tracking may not update immediately after shipment. Some carriers may take additional time to scan and update tracking details.

Customers are not charged extra after checkout if an order is split into multiple shipments.

If an order cannot be shipped to the customer’s address due to restrictions, delays, or carrier limitations, Native Signal Clothing may contact the customer to request an alternate address or provide available options.
Depending on the situation, we may offer to hold the order, change the shipping method, use a different fulfillment partner, cancel the order, or issue a refund where applicable.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Native Signal Clothing is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
